DIY Branding Workshop

Five day workshop with five entrepreneurs to DIY your own brand by hand with the guidance of an exceptional branding studio.

A visual identity is at the core of every brand. This workshop will help you create a brand that effectively represents your business, and make it easier to create consistent brand deliverables moving forward. Craft your brand identity, including a clear and comprehensive brand package, with design support from start to finish.

Workshop Agenda

Guided by our team of expert designers, you will receive support throughout the workshop as well as take part in interactive activities. We will focus on a different brand component each day throughout the workshop.

  • You will develop a brand strategy to help you make design decisions that will resonate with your brand moving forward.

  • You will learn about typography and color to help you make decisions on a color palette and typeface for your brand.

  • You will learn about different types of illustration, graphics and photography styles and how to apply them to your brand.

  • You will learn about logo principles and the different types of logos to help you create a dynamic logo for your brand.

  • You will create brand deliverables and a brand board to kick-start your new brand launch right away.

FAQ

  • Workshop sessions will be held online through Zoom.

  • By the end of our five-day workshop you will have worked on

    • Brand Strategy (brand values and archetype)

    • Brand Board (logo, type, color palette and illustration/photo direction)

    • 1-2 Brand deliverables (business cards, posters, etc.)

    You will also learn how to set up your Canva to automate your workflow and manage your brand.

  • Not at all! This workshop is designed for business owners with little to no design experience. We will be using Canva as our design tool.

  • You can bring up to two people from your business to attend the workshop.

  • We will be limiting the available number of spots per workshop to five businesses.
